What Arcalumi is

Arcalumi gives tarot readings and astrology for reflection and entertainment. The cards are drawn at random, and the reading text is written by software, either assembled from our own card knowledge base or generated by an AI model. It can be wrong, and it does not predict the future.

A reading is not advice. Please don't use one in place of a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or anyone else qualified to help you, and don't make serious decisions on a reading alone.

You need to be at least 13 to use Arcalumi. To buy a subscription you need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.

Free use

Without paying you get 2 readings a day, your 10 most recent readings kept in your history, every card in the index, and share links. Free readings may show an ad before the result. We may change what the free tier includes; if we do, this page changes first.

Signing in is optional. If you sign in, keep access to that account to yourself. What happens under it is treated as yours. An account is for one person and can be signed in on up to 2 devices at once; signing in on another device signs out the one used least recently.

Subscription

A subscription removes ads and the daily limit, and keeps your full reading history. What it includes is listed on the subscription page at the time you buy.

It is billed monthly or yearly, as you choose, and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. The price, with tax, is shown before you pay. If the price changes we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies, and it only applies from your next renewal, so you can cancel before then.

Payment

Our order process is handled by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for all our orders: it takes your payment, charges the right tax for where you live, and issues your receipt. Dodo Payments' own terms apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card details.

Canceling

You can cancel at any time from the Me page, or by emailing us. There is no cancellation fee. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then ends and does not renew. Your readings are not deleted when it ends.

Refunds

First payment: full refund within 14 days, no reason needed. Email us within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund it in full and end the subscription. This refund is available once per account: if an account (or the same payment card) has already received it, a later subscription is not covered by it again.

Renewals are not refunded, and we don't refund part of a period you have already started. Cancel before the next renewal instead. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or couldn't use the subscription because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will refund it.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Dodo Payments, and usually arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Nothing here limits any right to a refund you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

Share links

When you share a reading, anyone with the link can open it, including the question you asked. Only share links you are comfortable with other people seeing.

Fair use

Please don't use Arcalumi to harm anyone, try to get around the daily limit or payment, scrape or copy the service or its content in bulk, access it with bots, or interfere with how it runs. We may suspend an account that does, and a subscription ended this way is refunded for the unused time unless the misuse was fraud.

Ownership

The app, its design, card knowledge base and card artwork belong to us or our licensors. The readings you receive are yours to keep and share for personal use.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Arcalumi running, but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made based on a reading, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and ending

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so in the app or by email before the change takes effect. You can stop using Arcalumi and delete your data at any time. If we ever close the service, active subscribers get a refund for the unused time.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protections the law of your country gives you, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
